"Our stay with 2 kids was fine. Nothing overly great to report. I’d give it more of a 3.5 rating than actual 4 stars. It was quite a long walk to our room as there are multiple buildings on the property. The food on location was decent and staff was friendly. Room was clean and balcony was nice. Otherwise, I don’t think it is a spot we would look to return to."

"They stay was excellent and the location was beyond convenient - we walked to the hotel from the train station and walked pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go. The hotel itself had beautiful rooms and conveniences you would expect, including an excellent breakfast. Due to the weather, we really appreciated the 'free use' umbrella stand they had available for guests. When/if we make it to Salzburg again, we will book our room again at the Hyperion Hotel."

"It was one of the best stays, the rooms are designed to looked a bit unusual, yet well thought out. Property was very well maintained and the staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, every single day. It is in close proximity to the train and bus station. I do support the eco friendly initiatives of this hotel however, this is where the only slight negative comes in. The rooms were hot in the night since there was no AC (25-26 degree weather), but the staff quickly resolved this for us by providing a cooling fan, which did the job. There were no in room facilities (snacks/kettle/coffee machine/iron), they did have all day “fruit basket” for guests but I guess some complimentary chocolates/nuts/biscuits wouldn’t damage their sustainability goal. All in all, a great stay, would come back again."

"We spent one night at this hotel after a long day of exploring from Innsbruck, through Garmish and into Fuessen. The rooms were nice and cute, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The layout of the building is strange, but nothing to cause any alarms or negative comments. One of the two rooms we received had a balcony, while the other had windows overlooking the inner square area, which included the restaurant below. Both were great! The staff were so polite and kind during check in and shared helpful information regarding parking, nearby restaurants and attractions. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of those nearby. One at the hotel, along with several within a two minute walk. The close proximity to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles was a definite bonus when choosing to book this hotel. Definitely recommend."
