"I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel. Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. "Wonderful day for an airport hotel.. The rooms are very nice and spacious great showers and even separate bathtub. Beds are very comfortable and it’s quiet carpeting in the hallway which cuts back the noise as you’re exiting. Breakfast is wonderful with multiple good choices…. Staff is very accommodating and there is wake up service elevators, and it’s attached to the terminal through a skywalk.. what more could you want from an airport hotel."
