"I had booked a King room to accommodate myself, my husband, and our infant son, and I had confirmed this preference twice before arrival.
However, at check‑in we were given a Queen room and told the only available King room had a faulty AC, which wasn’t suitable in the summer heat. Had I known this prior I would have cancelled my booking.
The manager kindly offered a complimentary King‑single rollaway bed for my husband, along with some beverages, which we appreciated.
