About this property

spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Alpena

  • We just finished a comprehensive renovation of this centrally located 2,000 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor condo with full kitchen, laundry A/C. The great room has new over-sized windows giving a beautiful view of downtown Alpena. The kitchen is fully supplied and we have a large dining room table for eight. Each bedroom has Ethan Allen furniture, Hypnos mattresses, tasteful decor and fine linens. The unit is walking distance to restaurants, shops, boat harbor and entertainment. It is located on the 2nd floor.
