Negatives: house condition poor, lounges torn, walls need painting, bathrooms basic, kitchen basic, curtains old and rotting, woken by a rat biting my finger on last morning. Unfortunately no repeat visit from us. We made it work for our group. You MUST have a car very far away from anything. Bring linen no real comforters.
