The bad: the room clearly needs maintenance, there was paint chipping, the remotes had no batteries, there were visible electric wires in the bathroom, the fridge did not work, and the bathroom door had holes in it as if some one kicked or punched it. "I stayed 2 nights here and it was OK but hotel insisted I had not paid online previously even though the money had left my account. So they took it again!! Under a different hotel they own. So they have money for 3 nights and I stayed 2. Unethical use of my card details. Not happy at all. Will be requesting refund from hotels.com. "

"The whole room smelled bad after smoking, even though we chose non-smoking room. The balcony doors did not insulate properly so you can hear everything from outside. The bedsheet looked terrible and blanket was missing cover. The floor was very dirty, full of hairs. Please clean the room properly for others, thank you."
