Villa Pharos is a Mediterranean villa located in Cotobro, Almuñécar, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, designed to let you enjoy the tranquility, the views, and the outdoors.

The home is laid out over different levels, offering spaciousness and privacy. On the main floor, you’ll find a bright, open kitchen with an island, fully integrated with the living-dining room and surrounded by large windows overlooking the sea. From here, you have direct access to one of the villa’s main terraces—one of our favourite spots for enjoying breakfast outdoors, sharing a meal with the family, or simply relaxing and soaking up the Costa Tropical’s climate.

The house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite and located on the lower level of the villa, providing more private spaces and making it especially comfortable for families or groups travelling together.

The outdoor areas are a fundamental part of Villa Pharos. The property features several terraces and relaxation areas, outdoor furniture, a table that seats eight, four lounge chairs, and a small private pool—perfect for cooling off on sunny days. One of the terraces is dominated by a beautiful, century-old pine tree, which provides shade and lends the property a very special character.

The villa also has private parking, with both indoor and outdoor parking areas.

We are located in a quiet residential area of Cotobro, very close to the beach. The path from the beach to the villa has a steep incline, which is typical of this part of the coast, but the property is just a short distance away, and it’s possible to walk down to the beach. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the centre of Almuñécar, with its beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and boardwalk.
