The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place.
A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet.
Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Our room and bathroom were awesome! Staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is not easy as it is in a main square. Used the valet which was not cheap.

"This is a very well run hotel with excellent staff. Location is not ideal as there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance which is why my partner and I went half-board ( we were there for 3 nights ) - that was a bit of a mistake as the food was not inspiring, there was a distinct lack ..."
