Good Budget Motel close to the highway!
Nice clean room. Easy check in & checkout. Quiet. Great mattresses. Strong Wi-Fi. Only wish is that there’d been an in-room coffeemaker - maybe sub the coffeemaker for the microwave.

The room was nice and clean, good shower. The bed was hard as a brick, very difficult to sleep on.

Property is a very well kept, maintained and updated motor inn. Rooms are small-ish but function very well. Never saw the staff, but didn't need to. Everything was texted or set out for me. It has it's own very pleasant park as part of the triangle. Would be a lovely place to stay and gather for small group trips. Only slight negative would be occasional traffic noise from the adjacent rural highway.

The staff communicated very well and I was impressed with their attention to detail. Even though this was a small business and the building itself is dated, the motel owners did a fantastic job of making sure everything was clean and inviting.

Great no- frills motel
Really nice little roadside motel. Small, no-frills very clean place. I was a little chilly & the owner lent us a space heater. Very friendly, kind & helpful woman in the office. A tad pricey, but I’ll definitely go back.

Check in was very convenient and contactless, but staff still made sure we got in the room okay and were very friendly on the phone and in person. Very very clean and nice room, will definitely come back and mak3 this our place to stay when we're out this way!

Extremely clean. Everything worked great (microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV). Large walk in shower. Did not like that the front of the rooms faced away from the road, but that probably did helped block traffic noise.

The motel site and room were very clean. The room had a mini fridge and microwave with a convenience store across the street. The bedside lamps were up to date for charging our phones.🐱

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The room was in good condition and very clean, but very small for even two people (it was rated for three). The beds were very hard and the traffic noise was a little excessive. I was surprised about the price that didn't reflect the small size of the room. There was no way to regulate the temperature from the room. It wasn't until getting ready to leave that we noticed the very inconspicuous note about calling the office.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you found your room in good condition and very clean. Yes, the rooms. are small as the motel was built in the 50's but the room is able to sleep 3 people. Mattresses are tough, especially if you have a bad back (as your wife does). As far as the note in the room, it is purposely left right next to your receipt and the room phone. As we advised you when we contacted you with your room information, both on the phone and via text, there is always someone here should you need anything.

Very clean and efficient. The mattress was very hard though and the pillows a little flat, but if you want a place to lay your head I recommend it

I loved everything about this place. It is dog friendly, clean and quiet. The staff is great. The grounds are well maintained with pretty gardens and shade trees. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little room.
Don't let the age sway you away from this cute little mom and pop run hotel. Very polite, friendly and understanding staff. We will definitely stay there again when in town as the room and rate were so perfect for our needs. Don't pay over a hundred dollars for some fancy smancy corporate owned conglomerate chain. Stay at an inexpensive, quaint family owned hideaway like this and save your money for family fun.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Had you mentioned there was an issue when we spoke, we would have happily addressed it. It's hard to fix a problem we are unaware of. As far as your rate, you chose to book with a third party, therefore incurring their fees. Rooms are always cheaper when booked directly with us.

We are sorry you found our motel to be bad. Upon check in, everyone is told about the heating system. Yes, it is controlled from the office, however, as we stated, there is absolutely no reason for you to be cold. Had you told us, we would have gladly provided you with an electric space heater. It's hard to fix something we don't know about. The comforter is between 2 sheets, as to be covid compliant. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe and comfortable. We would have been happy to provide you with another blanket had we known.

Although the room was small, it was recently renovated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The A/C worked great. Microwave and small fridge provided. Bathroom was a bit cramped but expected given the year this motel was probably built but again, it was recently renovated so everything was relatively new and very clean. Loved the parking right in front of the door. Great garden area to sit and enjoy the day. Really this place was like a step back in time!
