Lovely, friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. Nice, clean beds and rooms. Everything you need. Would be nice to have a hairdryer in the room instead of having to ask for one, but this is only a minor inconvenience. We didn't use the bar or have breakfast there as we were visiting relatives near by. Excellent stay.

Easy to find hotel and good check in. Room was pretty clean although the bathroom could do with an update. The grouting and tiles on the floor around the toilet need refreshing as it smelt of urine when in the toilet cubicle. We had a twin room with two doubles and they were really comfy with great pillows. The room was really hot and hard to balance using air con as it then became too cold. I would stay here again if needed.

Had a one night stay. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The roads are a bit noisy but not to bad at night. Room was clean and tidy. Ate in the restaurant service was excellent and food very nice. Bar area had a dog friendly place to eat and dogs were allowed on terrace looking over the small lake. Saw a resident heron which was a nice treat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return
