This lovely house sits elevated on a natural plot with rocks, scattered trees, and a sea view. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee while the children play in the yard. The rocky and sandy beach is just a short walk down a small path.



The house dates back to the 1950s and has retained its charm, with ongoing renovations—most recently this year. The layout is simple and functional, with three bedrooms and a total of seven beds. At 92 m², it suits both families and couples well.



The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there's a washing machine and dryer in the house. Internet and TV will be installed before the next season. There's plenty of space both inside and out for a relaxing or active holiday.



The 1200 m² plot invites outdoor living with room for play, barbecues, and peace. The surrounding nature offers wildflowers, granite rocks, and fragrant juniper. You can walk to the sea in your robe or bike to nearby towns.
