(186 reviews) The room’s size is commendable, and the decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the room could benefit from some upgrades. Notably, several drawers were damaged and require attention. While the food was delicious, the menu could be expanded to offer a wider variety of options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It is exceptionally cozy and clean. However, we had a concern regarding the lack of bottled water. Upon arrival, we were provided with one bottle of water per person. To obtain additional water, guests were instructed to retain the empty bottle and refill it at the water fountain. This policy proved inconvenient, as it necessitated frequent refills. The most exceptional aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Enrique and Javier from the entertainment team were exceptionally welcoming, professional, courteous, and efficient. Their dedication to making our stay memorable was truly commendable. ;) Will definitely be back!
