I had an overall very good stay, they were doing some construction so the outside area and walk-in was a little inconvenient along with glass in the parking lot, but the rooms and inside was very nice.

Did not stay there! Pulled up and even the parking lot was neglected. Paint peeling, cracks in the walls. Unsafe scaffolding on the sidewalk of building. Totally felt UNSAFE! Did not even get out of the car. Tried to call to cancel… no answer. Went across the highway and was told the building is up for auction!

Parking area was horrible. On arrival found out no hot breakfast available but was given the option to go up the block to a different hotel where they would provide one, found that to nice but very inconvenient

This hotel got the job done with a place to stay, but that was about it. I started reading the reviews in detail during our stay and want to relay that they have apparenty been in the process of updating for 2-3 years, ceiling tiles are missing, and the property just doesn't seem very cared for. There is a broken down minivan outside, very tall weeds growing from the cracks in the parking lot, and it is definitely NOT handicap accessible. It is a split level. You have to go up or down a set of stairs to get to the rooms, which means no luggage carts to assist. The door to the bathroom looked like someown had punched it, and there was paint missingin vrious places. I will say that we appreciated the mini-fridge, but the knobs on the microwave were broken.

The place is run down the said they were going to upgrade but didn’t know when lobby nothing much but the room was clean which was a surprise as the rest of hotel doesn’t look good from outside

Property- it is like someone started to renovate this property and then stopped. Several things in our room were partially done or not done well. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine.

No food or coffee had to travle to a "sister" hotel to get breakfast or coffee. Bad AC units, toilets ver short and wouldn't flush and seats were fasten properly. Back door wouldnt lock very unsafe. Druggies hanging out outside at rear of hotel. Rooms had musty smell.

Motel was being remodeled. Our room appeared to be half done. New flooring and shower and some paint. Rest of the room needed finished. Toilet, sink and bed need replaced. Faucet took both hands to turn on. They should not have rented this room in the condition it is in.

This hotel was nice! It's older, but you can definitely see that they're remodeling. Our room was very clean and neat. It was better than most other smaller hotels I've been in! They were very friendly at check in and answered all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed was good. Remote didn't work for tv. Overall condition of motel especially outside was poor. Ice machine out of order. Had to go to sister motel if you wanted a hot breakfast.Over priced in my opinion.

We were too exhausted to go somewhere else
$85 for a $50 room and that didn't account for the filth and crappy breakfast. The check in was a challenge because they had a new gal at the desk. She had to have someone else come and help. The grounds were gross, trash everywhere, the building needs painting and general up keep, a few plants or grass would be nice. We had to go the their sister facility two blocks away to get our free breakfast and the only thing hot they had was sausage patties and sausage gravy and the heat under the sausage was out so they were cold and rubbery. The room was the most distressing. There were thick black hairs all over the blow dryer cord, couldn't tell if they were beard hairs or pubic hairs, but gross either way. We were going to make a cup of coffee, but when I took the tray out to add new grounds there was a used and dried up pack of coffee already in there. Because of these items were neglected I wondered if the sheets actuallly got changed.

The rooms are nice but have wood floors so bring your slippers cause the floor's cold. Make sure the front desk programs the key for multiple nights if you're staying for more than one night so your key works after the first night. The outside of the building looks very rundown but inside is clean and inviting. Overall a decent hotel for the price.
