"There was a problem when I arrived and they said the garage was full but I showed them my confirmation of garage reservation and eventually they agreed that I could park my motorcycle in the garage as agreed in writing 2 months earlier when I booked. The hotel should make sure that they sort this problem out as the reception said it happened many times to other people…."

"The beds were divine and the view was lovely. A couple of housekeeping slips were corrected promptly and with kindness. This shows the true standard of service. The evening meal was excellent and the manchego cheese ice cream was sensational. The breakfast was not great and reception staff seemed hassled but everyone did their job well. A tiny bit disappointed but perhaps we had built up our expectations too much. All in all a good experience."

"Small clean hotel well located in Cuenca. Our room faced the old town and the park. We had a beautiful view. Also the top floor restaurant was very nice with the view. The parking isn't on site and a shirt walk away."

"What an excellent find. The apartment is huge and extremely well equipped. Really exceeded our expectations. I would definitely book it again when in Cuenca. It's also conviniently located at the entrance to the old town. The communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended"
