Helpful staff, great view, good room. There was a party on the roof on Friday night that kept us up until 4 AM, but otherwise, all the weekday nights were perfectly fine.

What just what we needed - clean, friendly and incredibly located.

I would like to recognize Allison at the front desk for her outstanding service. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my experience. Every question I had was answered clearly, and she went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. Allison's positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a great impression on me. She handled everything efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Allison, for your exceptional work! Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. Most aspects of this hotel were great, and I was satisfied with my stay overall. However, I had serious concerns about security. During my stay, I observed an individual on the property who appeared not to be a guest and was behaving very strangely. The next morning, I saw the same person sleeping on a bench at another nearby property. Based on what I observed, I did not feel that this individual belonged on the hotel premises, and the situation made me question the hotel's security measures. For that reason, I cannot give a higher rating despite the otherwise positive experience.
