For the area and price, I feel like it was well above expectations. Everything worked, in the room, there wasn't any significant damage, but a lot of "deferred maintenance". For instance, in the bathroom, screws and wall anchors in the drywall, not holding anything, not fully/properly installed, just there.
The biggest issue was the smell. The room had very obviously been smoked in, and recently. And the smoke alarm battery cover was open, with the battery missing. Luckily, I'm pretty nose deaf and got used to the smell quickly, but everything I left and came back, it was there. I ended up having to buy some scented candles to help mask the scent.
