Friendly host. The hotel is a bit dated, but room was spacious and clean. The location is very good. The host is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely consider for next trip.

The hotel and staff were lovely. The garden was like being on the set of the Sound of Music! Beautiful. We stayed on a Tuesday night which was jazz in the garden evening. The music was a lovely unexpected addition to our stay. For such a lovely hotel, the food was very disappointing and although we would stay there again, we would prefer to eat out. The food was expensive and did not come up to the expectations of the menu.

This B and B is the most welcoming we have stayed at. The house which is a Victorian gem was clean and beautifully presented by Ashley and Dave the owners who were on hand to give help and recommendations for the nearby wineries, breweries, restaurants and other tourist attractions. The star at Burdett House is Hudson the dog who has been named in many reviews and rightly so. Our room had no closets but that had been made clear in the description prior to booking and otherwise was exceptional...

Nice clean accommodations. We enjoyed the do-it-yourself breakfast that had a good variety. We were there for a wedding and they put our large party in nearby rooms, which was very thoughtful of them. Some rooms had refrigerators, some didn't. If you want one, ask and I am sure they will put you in a room that has one.

It’s a very good hotel and I would certainly recommend it to friends. Of all the hotels I booked on your platform, Stanford court at San Francisco and Hyatt Regency at niagara are the best!
