Great location, staff was very friendly clean rooms. Next time I’m in New York I go back again

Amazing location, beautifully-remodeled--the double shower was heaven! Quiet, clean, efficient. Loved our stay! Also, check-out was noon but they offered to extend until 6pm--incredible!

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall, a very good hotel. Everything is spotless. Lobby area is nicely designed. Check in was friendly and efficient. Room (deluxe king) was spacious and bathroom was very large with separate tub and rainfall shower. Personally didn't love the bed (too firm). The people at the desk provide excellent service and always greeted is (usually my name). Only negatives- they still have the fitness center closed (gyms, including many hotel gyms are now open) and no complimentary bottles of water are provided in the room (though might provide on request-we didn't ask). Convenient midtown location.
