Beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa with private south facing swimming pool


  • Casa Atlantica is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa with private south facing swimming pool on a large 1200m plot of peaceful gardens. The villa is 5 minute drive from the stunning beaches of Monte Clerigo, Arrifana and Amoreira which provide superb swimming, surfing, fishing and sunbathing. Both beaches have fantastic local restaurants.
    The villa has a light and airy sitting room with two 3 seater settees, satellite TV, CD and stereo unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer,microwave, kettle and toaster. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 have double beds and one has two single beds. The villa is most suitable for 6 people, however two extra guests can be accommodated. Two fold away single beds can be provided for guest 7 and 8. All have built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and one of the double rooms has an ensuite. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.The outside area has a large covered terrace with barbeque, table and seating for 8 people. The laundry room is next to the patio and has a washing machine. There are two patio areas in the back garden with seating for 8 people. The front garden has orange and lemon trees. The garden to the side of the villa is an oasis of calm with palm and pine trees. The pool is totally private as it is not overlooked and allows you to enjoy the sunshine in total privacy.
