"El bungalow necesita una reforma, puertas rotas, es dificil subir a la terraza porque las escaleras están a punto de romperse, falta hacer un mantenimiento completo en general. Al acceder a la vivienda se observa que no han limpiado ni desinfectado a la salida de los anteriores inquilinos. Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros el bungalow, las sabanas y toallas. Sin embargo la estancia fue tranquila y muy buena."

Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub benötigt. Auch für Kinder ist bestens gesorgt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!"

"The villa is in need of a refurbishment, nothing would appear to have been done since construction in about the 1990s. The layout was unconventional with the kitchen effectively spread over 3 rooms. The basement Beer Keller was a weird vibe. The A/C worked in the rooms we were using, but not in the 3rd bedroom. The bath tap didn’t work, so the bath had to be with the shower hose. The linen was clean but old, and the pillows old and hard ( we improvised with cushions from the living room). ...

Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Colillas de cigarro por el piso. Y para finalizar han excedido al apartamento sin autorización, sin avisarnos, una falta total de todo. Y al momento de hacer una reclamación.
