The apartment was clean, newly renovated, and of a very high standard – everything felt fresh and well thought-out. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Alicante with easy access to everything. The staff were extremely welcoming, and the service went above and beyond. A special thanks to the porter who not only helped with our luggage, but even joined me in the car to guide me to the parking garage so I wouldn’t get lost. The appartment was modern and clean. The negative points are the lack of comfortable chairs and hooks to hang towels. I also didn’t find the balconey or terrasse I was expecting as we stayed on the second floor (level 1) and the terrasse is probably only on the last floor. I still recommand this hotel, which is close to everything.
