The apartment is on the 10th floor of a safe quiet building (except for the cool fireworks that I could see from my bed!) You have a small kitchen with microwave and stove so you can eat in when you want. The bed is super comfortable. I was grateful for the washing machine and there is a nice large rack for drying, but the washer is so efficient so the clothes dry really quickly. There are nice mirrors for dressing and a great balcony with views of most of the city of Alicante. I felt that the owner cared about my comfort.
