Perfect for 2 people and fully equipped for 3 people. The amenities offered by the studio are excellent, to make your stay comfortable. It is a one-room apartment with a double bed and a single sofa bed, as well as an open kitchen, bathroom and two beautiful Spanish-style balconies. Fully equipped (elevator, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kitchen, linen, bathroom, wifi) Its excellent location in the old town (EL BARRIO) and close to Postiguet Beach make it a good choice for your vacation, leisure and attractive activities for the traveler, both for a getaway with friends or family. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, surrounded by tourist attractions, Cathedrals, Town Hall, Churches, Basilicas, Castle, Museums, Theaters, Parks, shops, supermarkets, stores (Central Market), bars, tapas and pubs. You don't need a car, it's easy to get there by bus, which arrive directly from the airport (LINE 6C), or taxi, or by tram. I immediately messaged the host and she brought in a tech the next day to look at it. The tech did not even check the shower temperature. He turned on the sink felt the water and said there is hot water I don’t know what you are talking about. I tried to explain but he would not listen to me, so he left. I messaged the host that he didn’t do anything and she did not respond. The next day, the water was cold again, so I messaged her and again she did not respond. Then I asked the host if there was laundry detergent for the washer and she wrote to me yes I will bring it for you. Then the next day I texted her again saying I also need toilet paper. She responded saying she will not refill the toilet paper or bring the laundry detergent because this is not a hotel. The host should have clearly stated that she will not refill the toilet paper because in the description of the unit it said toilet paper is included. Also, the host should not have told me she was bringing me laundry detergent and then say no the next day. Communication was very poor in this situation.
