  • All exterior, natural lighting, great ventilation. Renovated in 2010 of great comfort. Elevator. WIFI connection. Satellite TV.
    Dining room: 3 windows to the terrace overlooking the sea and the castle of santa barbara, sofas, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, satellite dish.
    Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, stove and heater
    Office: adjoining the kitchen equipped with crockery and glassware dining,
     2 bathrooms: shower, bidet, hairdryer.
    Study: 1 sofa - bed with wardrobe and library
