Front desk Staff were not very friendly. Breakfast had very limited choices. Not worth the money charged. Our room key mulfunctioned, it would lock and we had to get help.

This property was across the road from bus and railway station.check in was swift disappointed there was no tea making equipment in room although there was complimentary drinks in foyer. 15 minutes walk to a bustling sea front.

Fantastic location and very easy check-in. Was a little noisy but to be expected, breakfast buffet had a nice range of food and drink. Would stay here again.

Ideally situated very close to the railway station, literally across the road. Very clean room with a lovely bathroom which was spotless and big towels. This time I was checking in after midnight and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I’ve used this hotel 3 times now as I break my journey between flight and a long train trip home. It was the first time I’ve had the breakfast and excellent value for money. Needless to say I would definitely recommend this as an overnight hotel in Alicante.

We enjoyed our visit. The location 1 block from the train station was convenient. It was close to everything we wanted to see so walking was easy. The full breakfast for 8€ was delicious and well stocked.

The AC in my room was not working and felt like a sauna. The windows do not open either as theh are barricaded. I could not sleep at all and staff said it was centralized.

Loud, but comfortable beds and good location.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful. But the room was not quiet: I actually had to check if the window was open, because the nose from the street below was so loud. It was closed, and yet you can hear absolutely everything. I had to sleep with earplugs. The beds were very comfortable. But (my pet peeve) the sink does not drain properly. Overall: a good location, nice people, hotel rather loud.

Although it is soundproofed, it is inevitable that on the lower floors there is a slight noise at very specific moments. We regret that this has been an inconvenience for you. Hotel accommodation was ok had all the basic amenities. Breakfast was self service. Some of the staff could have been a little more friendlier and smiled more. No thrills but that is reflected in the price. One point I would make, when booking room the price increased during transaction but still advertised room at cheaper price on website.

A very good hotel at a reasonable price.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and service minded. The price was acceptable considering that this was a hotel in the middle of the city. I would definitely return to this hotel on a future occasion.

Good room and location. Good friendly staff! Just a disappointment of a breakfast. Nothing Cooked or fresh. Although I do understand it’s the times we are living in. Covid is a good enough excuse for not having a fresh breakfast

However, we decided to set up a 24-hour food corner for free, so that people in a hurry could have a coffee and not leave with an empty stomach. You should understand that since we offer this service for free it is difficult to offer fresh or cooked products. Great choice of hotel close to the station
We only stayed one night and chose the hotel for its proximity to the station. The hotel was great with friendly reception staff and we had a good sized room with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable.

Always stay here when in Alicante. Very convenient for the train station, cafes and shops. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is extremely good value and very well presented. Staff, we find, are friendly, helpful and professional

Hotel nice, clean and comfortable and very central. Staff helpful especially one in particular who checked us in and gave us fantastic directions and suggestions marking everything out on free map of city. Unfortunately we had a leak in bathroom ceiling which somehow we were made to feel was our fault. Thankfully happened near end of our stay but did dampen holiday a little (no pun intended!)
