"Wij verbleven in dit pand in de maanden januari en februari 2025. Het pand verkeert zowel binnen als buiten in een aftandse staat. De advertentie laat een pand zien dat er verbluffend uitziet. De werkelijkheid is echter totaal anders. We schrokken ons rot. Als we dit geweten hadden, dan waren we nooit hier naartoe gegaan. Zowel binnen als buiten is het ondehoud zwaar achterstallig. De buitenmuren zijn niet meer wit maar groen uitgeslagen. De voordeur klemt en is sterk verroest. De tuinmeubels...

Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there. Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining.
