This lovely countryside property lies only 12 km south of Granada, surrounded by cultivated fields and near several small towns where you can find everything you might need to make the most of your holidays. The 5,000 sq-mt plot features two separate houses, i.e. the main accommodation and a smaller one. The houses are rented out together, thus ensuring you won’t have to share the holiday villa with anyone else. A third building is present inside the plot, where the owners live with their dog and cat. The main house, decorated in a rustic style, features an extremely cosy living area, where comfortable sofas face a massive fireplace near a flatscreen TV. Besides, two dining tables provide various spots where you can enjoy your meals. From the living room, a few steps lead to the fully equipped independent kitchen; the bedrooms area is also reachable from the living area. Both bedrooms are provided with two single beds and an en-suite with a shower, as well as warm/cool air-con (which is also located in the living room). The other building can accommodate two more people, and it’s reachable via a staircase from the garden of the property. In addition to being provided with a gorgeous little terrace with BBQ and outdoor dining table, the studio flat also relies on two comfortable single beds, a living area with a galley corner and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor area, which is shared with the owners and the tenants of a 4th smaller apartment in the plot, features a perfectly maintained garden, where a splendid pool is located. Surrounded by olive, almond and fruit trees, you will have the chance to relax and cool down in the pool from May to October, enjoy your meals under the pergola and let your children play on the swing. Für die Besucher der Alhambra ist zu bedenken, dass im September 2018 für 5 Wochen keine Tickets verkauft wurden. Lali hatte uns diese Schwierigkeit schon früh mitgeteilt. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een schaal met heerlijk fruit. Er is veel te doen in de omgeving, zoals wandelingen in de Sierra Nevada (GPS mee). De eigenaren zijn enthousiast en en hebben veel goede tips. En na je inspanningen neem je lekker een duik in het zwembad! Desde el primer momento Cali y Lali fueron encantadores, nos dieron todo tipo de explicaciones relacionadas con la casa, el entorno, con Granada, dónde aparcar, que ver, nos recomendaron bares de tapas,... La casa está nueva, muy limpia y decorada con muchísimo gusto además de acogedora. Tienen un perro (Luna) muy tranquilo, un gato (Camilo) muy cariñoso y unas gallinas en un pequeño corral. Nuestros hijos disfrutaron de lo lindo con los animales y con la casa. Además, del trato exquisito, en la casa nos dejaron fruta, desayuno y una botella de aceite que ellos cultivan que estaba buenísimo, una pena que no les de para venderlo. La casa está a 10 minutos en coche de Granada capital y la ventaja de estar en el campo. Es una alojamiento que recomendaría sin dudar a amigos que se vayan a acercar a Granada a pasar unos días. Gracias por hacer que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido geniales. Las camas son muy cómodas.La amabilidad de sus dueños ha sido total, dispuestos a aconsejarte sobre lo que quieras visitar, dándonos información y folletos de todo lo que buscábamos, y además de dejan fruta y desayuno, hasta huevos de sus gallinas! Ellos viven allí pero no te agobian para nada. Además la casa tiene mucho terreno para los niños y la mesa del porche es ideal para desayunos, comidas y cenas. Está a 5 min de Granada, una hora de las playas y media hora de la sierra. Así que hemos hecho de todo: tirarnos en trineo, bañarnos en la playa y visistar Granada, que además, es una ciudad preciosa. Muchas gracias a sus dueños por todo.
