"Funcionários muitos simpáticas que compensaram o apagão que a Ilha teve de dois dias. A Gerente Fernanda muito simpática , atenciosa e prestativa fez o que estava ao seu alcance para amenizar o problema. Mas o proprietário tem que pensar em adquirir um gerador de energia."

"Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice. "
