Il répond pas aux appels car on voulait confirmer notre réservation et demander le transport, on a du prendre un taxi a 1500dz. Le 5 ème metelat était sale on a demandé de la changer en dessous y avait des petites fourmis. La clime de la 2 ème pièce fonctionnait pas. Sinon, le linge était propre. Le service a l'accueil était bien, le monsieur voulait nous changé de chambre et nous offrir 2 chambres séparées, on a refusé, car on avait nos enfants avec nous. Je donne la note de 6 sur 10

Had a great stay at M Suite! The Staff were Amazing from security, front desk, housekeeping, waiters to shuttle driver! Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. Keep it up and best of luck to all the team. 1, 2, 3 Viva l Algerie!

Cet hôtel ne dispose pas de piscine incluse : il faut payer un supplément exorbitant de 6000 dinars par personne et par jour. Autant dire que la facture grimpe très vite. Le petit-déjeuner est catastrophique : pain sec, produits basiques, aucune spécialité locale… on se croirait plus dans une cantine que dans un hôtel. À cela s’ajoute le vacarme incessant des avions et de la discothèque voisine, rendant les nuits quasi impossibles. Le personnel à la réception se montre peu serviable et incapable de proposer la moindre solution face aux problèmes rencontrés. Côté emplacement, l’hôtel est isolé, loin de la ville, des restaurants et des activités. Résultat : obligation de prendre des taxis, et donc encore plus de frais imprévus. En résumé, la réservation de nos 4 chambres et ce séjour en famille ont failli nous gâcher les vacances. PS : attention, ils semblent aussi spécialistes des annulations de dernière minute.

The apartment was lovely , spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed. The area was quiet and had a suitable garage We had an issue on our first night but was dealt with promptly Sofia me was very kind come to check and make sure we was ok We would stay there again many thanks
