Roaches in the room welcomed us. We left and did not spend the night. When we checked in, there was another guest in a different room, complaining of 3 roaches walking on their walls. The room was very warm and humid.

Our stay was peaceful, excellent service, very clean and plenty of fresh laundry, the pool was extremely clean and a really nice bar to use day or night, will definitely be returning soon thankyou to all the helpful staff 👍fantastic location close to the beach and bars and many restaurants

Lovely, well maintained garden and rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, decor slightly out dated but spotless. renovations were in progress as we were staying. Easy walk to the waterfront, beautiful pool area and cafe/bar. Dogs were welcome and made a fuss of.

Great few days!
Nice swimming pool. Great beach - all very well organized so the guests can get to the beach easily. The facilities are well preserved. The gardens are very well kept. The village has everything you need - restaurants, coffee shops, mini markets, all within walking distance from Pedras da Rainha. All in all it was quite a nice few days!

Free taxi boat to go to the most beautiful beach, free little train to get there. very friendly and very close walk to the promenade. Recommend sunset cruise, paddel boarding activities, all in one place very nearby. very convenient for family. clean, air con, friendly bar and cafeteria. Portugal has a strict policy of wearing mask even while boating but did not bothered us.

Very good, clean tidy and helpful reception.
Reception staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with enough utensils and cutlery to be able to cook meals if required. We ate out. Very good location with just a short walk to the front for shops and restaurants. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy, lots of parking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay the house was basic but clean which is all that was needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again .

The place is rather run down (need painting, new towels etc) but maybe one should not have high expectations given the price range... However, given the overall rating that was featured on your sight, it was disappointing...... hence had higher hopes which the facilities did not live up to. It is the pet friendliness which is not easy to find that made us choose the place, - and it is pet friendly 😊

New year break
We stayed for 4 nights over the new year, the complex was quite well kept (a little run down in certain areas, mostly painting needed which was being attended to). The staff were amazing and helpful.food very good and facilities like tennis and padel on site along with a bowling green.loved it here and will come back.

The location was very suitable for us: low rise traditional Portugese buildings near the sea and and a good choice of restaurants along the front, which was a short distance away.

Quiet location, safe for a woman travelling on her own, well equipped, although the lack of power points was a minus. Cats were all gorgeous too

The Apartments was surprisingly nicely fitted and well kept. The complex as such could benefit from some outside maintenance, but not such that it created any problems at least. The reception open 24/7 as well as a nice coffee shop for breakfast makes life say whether you want to make your own meals or not. A positive surprise also that the apartments are serviced every day (I believe). Walking distance to the beach area that has plenty of restaurants and even a supermarket almost adjacent to the resort.

Great apartment, great location
We were staying in one of the more recently done out studio apartments which had excellent cooking facilities, good comfy bed and a little balcony which was had nice views of the grounds. Location was excellent as it was quiet at night but close to shops, restaurants, railway station and the nature reserve.

Accommodation situated in beautiful landscapes gardens. A great supermarket on site that cater for your needs along with great helpful staff. Lovely pool area and nice snack bar serving good food. Few minutes walk into the centre of Cabanas where you catch the boat to the beach. Lots of nice friendly bars and places to eat. Highly recommended.

Good value for money.
We had a lovely relaxed stay. Our apartment was a good size and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt that the apartments offer very good value for money. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room were really great, allowing us to get a good nights sleep and escape from the heat of the day, while the little terrace was very pleasant in the evenings. We self catered so we can't comment on the bar or restaurant. The cleaners were friendly and efficient.

Nice area - outdated room poorly cleaned with bugs
Rooms dark, dated and not very well cleaned. Also full of insects - even in the beds. Shame they don't spend as much effort on the outside gardens as they do on the rooms ! It could be such a nice place. Location is very good and the surrouding area is well worth staying in this area.

Second trip to pedras. It is a nice place to stay, convenient for everything and pleasant if you want to stay in the complex. Good pool, nice kitchen lots of green space. Below a few niggles I did have some cockroaches and ants as additional guests. In a studio the fridge can get rather loud Many guests bring dogs or cats...there was one dog nearby which barked a fair bit There was a photography club from England staying..they did, at times , become rather intrusive But given these things I would still go back like a shot.

The studio was small but comfortable and amazing value for money, we had a slightly refurbished one with new microwave/oven Location was great just 5 mins to private boat to beach which was highlight of holiday also the onsite supermarket was amazing value as well

Good option for budget travelers
This is a great option for families or budget beach travellers. The property has a lot of useful amenities, including a super market and laundromat. The cabana includes a kitchenette with cooking gear. The beds were less comfortable as they were essentially single sofa beds.

I love this place so much....
I have been visitinbf Pedras da Rainha for over 30 years and it is still perfect! Lovely pool - huge and always spotlessly kept. Grounds are an oasis of peace and quiet. The appartments have been modernised and meet every need. Cabanas has grown but is still charming and has lots of cafes and restaurants. I love getting the boat to the beach - which has the softest sand. No complaints - absolutely perfect.

Pretty complex, convenient for lots of amenities
Really nicely laid out with lovely gardens, handy supermarket and hotel bar. Everything we needed was a 5 minute walk from the shops to the restaurants and the pool and the beach. The rooms aren't super high quality but they are quite traditional with fireplaces and beams and outside terraces, so don't expect 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay.

Complex is good, rooms bit tired.
Liked the complex,nicely spaced out, so not directly overlooked. Shame about the beds in the studio, as a couple we had to sleep at right angles. The location is great, close to the front for the boats, bars & snack bars.
