Nice spacious 1 bedroom. Clean and comfortable. The noise from outside and upstairs moving furniture around can occasionally be loud. Mentioned to them re problems with kitchen and bathroom faucets and it was fixed by the time we returned. Overall, very nice

Amazing apartments & hotel
I booked this as a last minute 1 night stay as our flight home had been cancelled and I wish I'd booked this from the off. Check in is from 4 but due to us moving hotels we arrived around 12, we knew we wouldn't be able to check in and was happy waiting around at the pool while our room was prepared, less than 5 minutes of being at the pool and a lady from reception came down to say out room was ready. Amazing apartment, we had a 1 bedroom. Very clean and modern. Plenty of space. Everything you need in them. Lovely big clean reception area with friendly staff. Bar down at the pool area where you can get drinks and snack. Few games down there too. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we'll definitely return.

This was a definite A for us , loved how clean and modern this was , but if I have to complain on something it would the the Beds , that we were not impressed we were hoping for one double bed at least but we got 2 single beds which we understand is typical for here but they were not comfortable to sleep , that was the only down fall the rest A from the Hotel to pool to grounds and to the coffee / Bar by the Pool just loved , we will return and hopefully they can do something about the Beds

I’ve stayed here before so figured it would be ok. First room we were given had a terrible smell in the wardrobe. Requested that we change rooms, to be told nothing could be done until morning. In the morning it was suggested cleaners have a look…I stood my ground and request a new apartment, finally got changed. No entertainment at night. Corridors very dark and had to find light switches to get to rooms was difficult.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very clean (daily cleaning), as is the entire property. The pool area is great, the staff at the reception is wonderful. Reception is like in a good hotel. We were very at ease. The price was excellent for the quality. To note: there was no coffee maker in our unit (not a big deal as we had a kettle and purchased instant coffee), and the street is a little noisy, as are some of the guests, so bring earplugs if you have a light sleep. But really, these were minor inconveniences for us, we give it 2 thumbs up, especially on a budget!

Wonderful Stay!
We had an excellent stay here at Flor da Rocha, friendly welcome, super clean, comfortable apartment, well equipped, great air conditioning facility, variety of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beaches! The pool area was spacious, well maintained. Even the poolside toilets were spotlessly clean!!!! We enjoyed every minute and are already planning on returning! Thank you for a memorable stay😊

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment
The apartments and the grounds were spotlessly clean. Cleaners came in everyday and clean towels were provided daily. The kitchen came with washing up liquid and tea towels, which was great, BUT no tin opener! The beds very very hard and played havoc with my back, but cannot put the apartments down for that!

Great stay
Had a great stay at Flor da Rocha. It is located close to the beaches, the apartment was clean, the pool was nice and the facilities were in good condition. Nice gym and spa. The apartment was really big and bright. Friendly staff. Comfy beds, nice big shower and a kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and a large fridge and freezer. Really enjoyed my time, thanks a lot!

The property had ants in the kitchen and when advised we were told that they can put any killer and if not gone change the room. The next day there were ants everywhere, all the rooms and bathroom. Very poor customer service. Air conditioning only available in the kitchen/sitting room area in normal summer conditions you would need air con in the rooms as well.

Lovely well kept apartment. Was good to have washing up liquid and cloths not provided in other hotels. Nice modern hotel with lots of room at poolside and bar area.Near to beach and shops but away from noise. Friendly staff.

The location is great. The walk to the beach is quick. Supermarkets wereclose ny to buy what we needed. There are market stalls along the beach. The hotel was always clean and staff very friendly. Only issue we had were the beds -they are very firm. We dod not sleep well on them.

Lovely apartments with lots of space & cleaned everyday (if you want). Nice pool with lots of sun loungers but you are only a 5 min walk to the strip to go to the beach.
