Lovely apartment, bright and spacious in lovely and quiet location. Only negative was construction noise on a week day from a nearby villa but this is not under their control.

Beautiful location and a nice apartment.
Beautiful location, great pool. The unit was a little old fashioned but very comfortable. Lovely touch with fresh bread every day and some fresh fruit. Would stay again!

Great but need to allow food and drink around pool
Lovely stay - great location and quiet too. Apartment was clean and spacious with lovely balcony. Only negative was being told off for sharing a bottle of wine around the large pool area (you can do this but not your own drink, you had to buy from them). Strange concept for a self catering resort. Even stranger when half of their wine menu wasn’t available!

Amazing, friendly reception who helped out with any request for information we had, as well as golf bookings etc. Fresh baked bread basket every morning and so many different restaurant choices all around the area. Large pool area with poolside bar

The apartment was perfect and very comfortable. Very clean and organized with everything you coukd need. One minor thing to note is that there were two twin beds, not three as described. The foldable bed was added and was comfortable.

Great find
We booked this a few days before arrival and were delighted with the find. Plenty of room, bedrooms comfy and clean and well equipped. Location superb, just a short walk to beach, the salt lakes added to the fun being able to spot birds in abundance. Not a lot to do in evenings but that suited us as we were looking for a peaceful holiday.

A Must Stay
We couldn't fault this apartment complex. We had booked a 1 bed apt & got given a stunning top floor 2 bed apt. This is a must choice if you are looking for a quiet stay in a stunning location on a self catering basis. You need a car to get to the best supermarket - Apolonia & to visit the best beaches in the best area of the Algarve. This complex has a beautiful pool that was quiet every day (Beg of June) and has very helpful staff in reception if you need them. The fresh bread delivered daily was a lovely touch as was the apartment being cleaned daily - Highly recommended

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location
A beautiful apartment, comfortable and clean with pretty views. A car is needed though or a lot of walking is involved. Our apartment was on the first floor, had a nice size terrace but if we returned we would book a ground floor with its own garden/pool.

Wonderful resort
Stayed in a condo. Had all the extras (oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans and dishes). Nice balcony to sit on. Well kept up. It is a resort, so if you want to be close to the Portuguese culture, this may not be for you. But we stayed a few days here before setting off on that and it was very nice. About 1/2 hour walk to beach (nice walk)

We arrived early morning and were allowed to check in early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh bread delivered daily. Spacious apartment that met our E xpectations. In September pool was quiet and always plenty of sun loungers. Excellent restaurant and gym. Would definately return

We arrived on the Saturday and didn't know that no one would be in reception that day, however the security guard had our app key and details. App was nice and large, clean and well equipped kitchen. The bed was seriously the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on & gave me a weeks worth of restless nights and a bad back. The tiled floors needed a good scrub and the sunbed cushions also needed cleaning. The resort gym was well equipped but also needed a Hoover, pool looked lovely but with a layer of brown scum around the edges, again needed a good scrub. The pool bar area there was no one around to serve. Tennis courts good, but the tennis rackets they lent we're broken or bent ! The restaurant Tucanos we never tried as it was empty all week. I think that for the £798 for the week it was too expensive as it was late in the season the pool is freezing cold and no service around pool. The place had zero atmosphere.

Amazing apartment well worth a visit.
Beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you need ,even fresh bread delivered in a basket every morning. We had a lovely welcome package consisting of a beautiful large basket of fruit ,bread ,jam butter etc.The area is stunning with well kept gardens,a ten minute walk away is a lake and nature reserve,and across the bridge to beach .If your looking for a lot of nightlife then this isn't for you ,but if you crave peace and quiet in a stunning area then you'll love it.Christina on reception was most helpful and informative about the area,can't wait to return .

The best location in the algarve!
The resort is really close to the lake which is excellent for water sports and has two excellent bar / restaurants. It's not ideal if you prefer the beech as it's probably a 10 minute walk to get there due to the nature reserve in between but we much preferred the lake.

Our training camp!
We turned up late in the evening knowing reception was closed. The security guard provided us with the keys to our room and was very friendly. Our stay was for fitness training, and we trained twice a day on the local roads in Quinta do Lago, and used the superb fitness amenities on-site (gym, sauna, steam room, pool) frequently. The gym was reasonably well kitted out and. Our room itself was far better than I was expecting. We had a large, comfortable living room, good sized bedrooms, lush bathrooms and the kitchen was fantastic - it had more utensils than my kitchen at home! We cooked our own meals in the evening but ate poolside at lunchtime and the food was excellent - we were particularly fond of Sr. Carlos's chicken with African rice! The staff were very friendly - we didn't have much reason to talk to them, apart from to assist us with hiring a car, requesting an extra dressing gown and sending someone to unlock the room when we'd locked our key in the room (doh!). They were very helpful when we did need help, and there was a cleaner waiting to let us in when we got back! My only criticism here is that reception could be open for longer hours. The actual village of Almancil was very nice and we did drive over to Albufeira two nights. It's about 30-40 mins away and €40 each way by cab. I will certainly be staying to train again next year. I would say that this hotel is ideal for a family holiday and with so many golf courses in the vicinity it'd be ideal for golfers

Room was really clean, lovely style and furnished with everything we needed. We were on the first floor and so had a nice balcony. Would request a ground floor if travelling with younger children as they had a nice garden and some had a pool. Hotel pool was lovely - facilities great. gym well stocked with good equipment. Restaurant Tucanos is underrated, delicious food, great service - but very very quiet!! Would recommend +++

Wonderful apartment in a lovely area.
Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. We only stayed the night, but would have happily stayed much, much longer. The pool was really nice once you man up and get used to the temperature! I couldnt fault it. Lovely stay - would be perfect for anyone staying in the Algarve to play golf.
