This fourth-floor apartment offers a spectacular view of Málaga bay and features air conditioning to maintain the ideal temperature on the hottest days. It is designed for 2 people, with the possibility of accommodating a 3rd and 4th person for a supplement, thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room 🛋️. The master bedroom includes a double bed, an external window that provides plenty of natural light and a television so you can relax watching your favourite series 📺.



The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and juice maker, is connected to the dining room through an arch, creating an ideal space for sharing moments whilst cooking 🍳. Additionally, the apartment has a full bathroom with a shower cubicle 🚿.



For entertainment and family relaxation, the little ones can enjoy free WiFi connection, the large communal swimming pool, public children's play areas and an artificial grass football pitch ⚽. And, of course, the hours spent on the beach will be unforgettable for everyone.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the owners' association, and may vary depending on the season or internal decisions.



The residential area where the apartment is located is well connected: 50 m from the "Linea Málaga Vélez" bus station, 70 m from the "Estación AVE María Zambrano" train station, and just a few minutes' drive from points of interest such as Caleta de Vélez (2 km), Baviera Golf (4 km), Aquavelis Water Park (5 km) and the rocky beach "Playas de Maro" (10 km). Málaga international airport is 67 km away ✈️.



The building has a lift, garden with furniture, fenced plot, iron, internet access (usb), hairdryer, children's area, tennis court, heat pump heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay at any time of year 🌿🎾.
