We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005\. Enjoy with your family this **3-bedroom apartment** with capacity for 6 people, located on the seventh floor offering beautiful views of the sea and the city. Although not on the beachfront, in a few minutes you will be at the nearby wide beaches, such as Mezquitilla Beach just 500 m away. The accommodation, of 85 m² furnished with taste and modern style, features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large glass windows that connect to a 45 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect you from the sun and humidity, turning it into a perfect space to have breakfast or lunch while contemplating the sunrises and the tranquillity of the surroundings. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, facilitating the preparation of all kinds of meals without complications. The apartment has three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes to store your luggage. One of them has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for the comfort and privacy of families with children. There are two big supermarkets, many cafes near the house. We were looking at the sunrise when drunk the morning coffee on the terrace. This host doesn't have the private parking, but there are a lot free parking places around house.I would like to make only one remark. Certain amenities are advertised but not available at the property.1) The Kitchen has very little cupboard space to store food. There is not enough glasses & Crockery.2) The kitchen does not have an oven or grill but this is advertised on the property page.3) The pool is only available to use from mid june to mid september. I stayed in the property at the end of May & was advised the pool was open before i booked. Upon arrival it was not & my children were very upset. Having a pool is a big part of our trips, especially for the kids. I received a partial refund but i would not of booked the apartment if i knew beforehand the pool was closed.It is unfortunate as the apartment is pleasant & in a great location near many restaurants & the beach. ##### Steven H.
