Free WiFi We welcome you to this cozy cottage for 4 people located near Montuïri, with a swimming pool and manicured exteriors. It invites you to enjoy the tranquility of the Plains of Mallorca. Welcome to this house near Montuïri, one of the rural areas of Mallorca, which has been renovated in 2015\. It is a 100 m2 house situated on an 11,500 m2 plot. Most of the furniture and household equipment are brand new. It is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed, which is located in a room adjacent to the main one. In this triple room there is space for a crib if necessary. The double room is equipped with a single bunk. In the house you will find a bathroom with shower. This property is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The kitchen is very practical and it is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, including electric stove. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The large living room is an ideal relaxing meeting place, and is ideal for long after-dinner conversations with direct views to the terrace and pool through its large windows. The dining-room area is composed of a large Majorcan table with a large sitting area around it. The space dedicated to relaxation and TV also has very comfortable sofas. In the house you will find Wi-Fi and TV-Sat. During the summer months, let the fresh air of the mountains of southern Mallorca invade the home, you can enjoy this inside and outside the house. In addition, the house has air conditioner in the living room, and two fans to be distributed in the areas as needed. The house has central heating installed for the cold months. The outside area of the house has been recently remodeled and has enough space for each one of you to find your favorite corner. The porch has 35 m2, is furnished and ready for you to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. In addition, if you prefer it, you can relax in the vine patio where you will enjoy a very unique space. The pool of 7.5 x 3.5 meters, will help you cool off. At the same time, if you prefer to sunbathe, there are hammocks that will allow you to rest. In the courtyard entrance to the house, you can enjoy a small porch to relax and unwind. But, if what you prefer is cooking a good barbecue, there is a mobile one so that you can use it in the most suitable location of the property. Although the house is quite close to a freeway, the traffic there is light and you barely notice it (also because the property is surrounded by trees) - so no need to worry. +An amazing stay at Ses Forques - the house and terrain are top notch, the swimming pool fantastic for younger kids, and privacy all around. Danke, Toni! Die Lage war für uns super, da wir schnell alles auf der Insel erreichen konnten (mit dem Mietwagen) und trotzdem aber auch für uns waren, wenn wir mal Ruhe brauchten. Im Garten und am Pool ist es schön windstill, was vor allem bei noch nicht so hohen Außentemperaturen wie im April vorteilhaft ist. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt dort. Einzige kleine Störfaktoren sind die nahe Straße, die man im Garten immer latent im Hintergrund hört und ein vor allem in der Nacht bellender Hund eines Nachbarn, den wir aber nicht lokalisieren konnten. Se potete, evitate l'agenzia Villafinca: assistenza zero, gentilezza sottozero, organizzazione inqualificabile: il nostro aereo è arrivato alle 15:00 e loro avevano concordato il check-in col proprietario (inconsapevole e innocente) alle 18:00, pur avendomi inviato e-mail di conferma check-in alle 16:00\. Tenendo conto del ritiro bagagli e della mezz'ora di strada, siamo arrivati alle 16:30, pronti per entrare. Essendo in ritardo rispetto all'ora convenuta (16:00), ci siamo premurati di avvertire telefonando sia a Villafinca che al numero d'emergenza: nessuna risposta. Dopo una quarantina di tentativi in auto sotto il sole a 32 °C con due bambini piccoli, finalmente Villafinca risponde e contatta il proprietario, che si precipita ad accoglierci alle 17:15\. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die netten Vermieter, die regelmäßig vorbei geschaut haben, um den Pool zu reinigen und uns leckere, regionale Köstlichkeiten da zulassen. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Dirk D. 1 Aug 2015 #### Ruime tuin met zwembad We hebben met ons gezin 2 weken in dit fijne huis van onze vakantie genoten. Het huis ligt mooi centraal op Mallorca van waar we met de auto dagelijks uitstapjes naar Palma (25km), strand (15km) of andere plaatsen maakten. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad werd praktisch om de dag schoongemaakt. Een klein minpuntje was wellicht de ligging dichtbij de toch drukke snelweg. Afhankelijk van de windrichting (zeker niet altijd) kon je deze goed horen. Wij zijn dat thuis niet gewend, dus dat was even wennen. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief de onmisbare airco bij +35 graden. En de kinderen hebben genoten van de ruime tuin met zwembad. Kortom: een prima locatie voor mensen die toch centraal willen zitten, dichtbij alle voorzieningen maar niet continu de drukte zoeken van de toeristische plaatsen. ##### Dirk D. ---
