Can Pistola - Villa With Private Pool In Algaida

In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours. The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. Going upstairs you will find the last twin bedroom which also presents a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair too. The house is located in the village of Algaida, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional food restaurants. You can visit the Can Gordiola glassworks, or reach the Puig de Randa and admire some beautiful views over the island. El Arenal is the nearest beach, with all services and a great atmosphere. If you love practising golf, the nearest course is only 13.6 km away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage. Das Haus ist groß und sauber, obwohl es etwas dunkel ist. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da wir oft ausgegangen sind. Die Küche ist für unsere Nutzung ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer und eine Badezimmerdusche. Die Terrasse haben wir sehr geschätzt mit zwei Außenbereichen zum Essen und Grillen, die private Garage ist ein Plus, die Lage ist ideal, Algaida liegt in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße, die es uns ermöglichte, die entlegensten Ecken der Insel in etwa 50 Minuten zu erreichen, außerdem Es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens (18 Minuten mit dem Auto),

Der Außenbereich war herrlich, mit wechselnden Schatten- und Sonnenbereichen. Der Pool war zufriedenstellend, auch wenn er nicht beheizt war. Die Betten waren gemütlich (obwohl die Einzelbetten etwas laut waren!), Der Innenbereich war geräumig mit hohen Decken und konventioneller Ausstattung. Es ist ein 15-minütiger Spaziergang in die Stadt, aber der Spaziergang ist ruhig. Es war äußerst praktisch, dass es zwei Badezimmer gab. Die Verfügbarkeit der Garage war unglaublich vorteilhaft, da es auf der Straße keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.
