"This is quite a large house with a large garden for the dog. Being elevated it is great to watch the sun rise over the lake. Our dog loved lying on the floor in the sun by the front window. We chose the wrong week to stay with the bakery, butcher and cafe overlooking the lake closed but Lucy’s dumplings made up for this. Really enjoyed our stay and now know how and where to catch salmon. "
"Very comfortable, very clean, well equipped and handy location. A special mention to the VERY comfortable king bed- a rarity we have found! Appreciate the ability to bring our dog. "
"Wow, what a view. Even though we stayed in the middle of winter the views are just amazing.Wake up to the sunrise over the lake and fall asleep with the moon shimmering over the water, all viewed from the master bedroom. The Yard is fully fenced and perfect for our dog to explore, as is the front deck. The deck has a bbq and lots of seating, the rear patio is covered with a chimenea and big table.Lots of wildlife all around! The front deck is teeming with birds and Kangaroos in the backyard most mornings.Only negatives:BBQ had no gas bottle attached and no compendium or guest book explaining house rules, bin days or local things to do and see."
"We stayed here three nights as a means of exploring Mallacoota and surrounds. It was a perfect place to do some birdwatching as there was a resident lyrebird! "
"A great house for our needs. The view from the house is just wonderful. Lyrebirds and bandicoots in the garden. One thing to note - its a steep block and there is nowhere to park a boat."
"Mallacoota is out go to holiday destination for wildlife and nature. This premises overlooks the lower lake and has wonderful views and wildlife visitors such as lyrebirds, king parrots, bowerbirds and kangaroos. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable, and for those wet days a largescreen smart TV.We have booked here 4 times and are never disappointed.and plenty of local visitors such as "
