A friend who was considering spending a week with us had to change her plans, The kitchen was woefully equipped: no storage space for food, no pedal bin, no cutting board, no cutting knife or bread knife... The rack to dry washing was derelict too. Our neighbours in the adjoining apartment complained of the same lack. No cleaning service offered for a stay of almost 3 weeks: only a change of sheets/towels arrived.
