Most of the staff did not speak English so various arrangements went wrong. Moscow is quite a tough place for visitors and so hotel support is vital. Only one member of the hotel staff provided this. The wifi was not working although it was promised. It is not possible to market a hotel to tourists and businesspeople and not provide wifi. Every day it was promised for the next day but it was never connected. This cost me a vast deal of money on my phone - nearly as much as the cost of the stay. This should be made clear when the hotel is advertised.

Very friendly staff at all levels and some who spoke English.
Hotel food was excellent as was the service and cleanliness and we would certainly stay there again if we return to Moscow another time.
WiFi connection was excellent also anywhere in the hotel.

The room was clean, bed and furnishings were new. The hotel staff speaks no English (I shouldn't expect them to as US staff don't speak every language) so that is not a factor of the review, just an FYI...
The breakfast was decent and it is in walking distance to the metro.
No ameneties, just a room.
