About this property

Private Apt with backyard

  • Feel free to come and go as you like. You will enjoy complete privacy, safety, and peace. Our Guest House is a bit small but you'll have everything you need. This unit has a full bath, heating/AC, kitchenette, extremely comfortable queen bed, wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, outside patio with BBQ Grill and side burner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and it comes equipped with everything you'll need to be comfortable. National Airport 6 miles. Bus stop one block away.

    The space
    This is a No Smoking Unit (Of Any Kind) Local bus route is 301. You will have one secure parking spot on the driveway.

    Guest access
    When you pull up in the driveway park on the right hand side. There may be a car or truck on the right side, just park in back of it, it’s not going anywhere. Just walk up the ramp and open up the back gate. You'll see the guest house. It will be open upon your arrival. When leaving just hit the lock button and it will lock. Please be careful not to lock the lower handle on your way out. There will be a note for guests on the refrigerator and it will explain everything you need to know.
