The room was clean and the ac worked perfectly. The power did go off and I'm not sure why and the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of my second night there. I will say if I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The room was NOT clean. There was mold on the ceiling, the carpets were vacuumed and the bathroom counter was very dirty. The soap/body wash in the shower was not filled over the course of my seven night stay. The breakfast was of average quality and very lacking in options. There was no juice or milk, only water and coffee (but the coffee was not where the breakfast was, it was all the way across the lobby). The wifi also seemed to be overloaded from 0600-midnight. Housekeeping did not empty trash or make beds, let alone clean the room. One of the lamps had to have the light bulb replaced and the TV was very pixelated.

This was definitely a budget stay. The beds were small, the room was moderately clean, and some cereal was available for breakfast. The hot tub was in disrepair; trash bags floated on top of dark brown water which gave an off putting look to the property. The AC was broken for the building, but fine for the rooms. The towels were not very clean looking and the walls in the room had some odd stains. The lock from the outside door was broken too. The people were nice though. I think they’re trying. I might stay there again if the price is right.

Breakfast was horrible. They were out of most things. Ended up eating dry fruit loops then going to Cracker Barrel. We also left a day early. No refund - nothing. The hostess was not very helpful. Hot tub was green. We did enjoy sitting around the pool visiting with the rest of our family from 4 different states.

We stayed this weekend. First things first- the hotel did not look anything like the pictures online. #2- the hot tub was disgusting- all green and had trash all in it. Absolutely disgusted. However, the kids were able to swim in the pool. #3- the bathroom in my room had trash under the sink and the shower did not look clean. #4- the door to outside was completely broke to scan in so literally anyone off the street could get into the hotel side doors. #5- the female worker the morning of 9/13/26 was very rude and would not open the pool area for one of our team moms to get her child’s shoes that were left at the pool. It was so bad that the cops were called because she didn’t want to do HER job. #6- the same female worker shut down the elevator the same morning so everyone had to take the stairs to get in or out of the hotel. DO NOT stay here… save your money.

Dealt with 2 different desk clerks. They couldn't even send up to wait on us. They just laid across the counter and one of them didn't even make eye contact. The deadbolt ti our room wouldn't even lock. Breakfast was ok but they were out of waffle mix an hour in. Room was clean.

I will say the young lady that was making Breakfast was very kind and helpful. But the front desk lady which she may have been part owner was not the most helpful she really didn’t want to give our deposit back once we checked out. Ask use to describe the young lady that checked us in and she act like she could find our reservation number had to show her and tell her where the young lady had placed it. It almost felt like she was saying that the night clerk had stolen the money. She ask us to write down our information so they can send our deposit I told her no mama I paid cash give me my money. Then she said okay I found it. Terrible customer service. also was a mildew smell when you walked into the room and the main floor smelled like Garbage. There was no where to park and not enough light around the outside of the building which felt unsafe.
