"Marco, Meme, Ine made us feel so welcome!!! They were professional, smiling, knowledgeable, kind!!!! The breakfast was delicious and hot. Maria kept our room clean as requested. Check in and out was easy! Whatever we requested was done efficiently, accurately handled. The was one of the best experiences staying here. Highly recommend this hotel stay!!! "I loved the stay. Rooms were a little small. However the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was supposed to get a room with a balcony, however, when we arrived. I was told bookings from Expedia were 3 days behind with their system and couldn't give me a room with a balcony. However, the staff member upgraded my room at no extra charge with a balcony as a result of my inconvenience."

"The location is great the room needs some upgrading. Walls in the room had noticeable stains. Bathroom gad mold in groute floor base board cracked and dirty. Carpet was stained and dirty"
