Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Nearly level lot with short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles (40 min) to Auburn. Modern luxury lake-front home with large master downstairs with large master bath, king bed, two chairs and TV. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. One bedroom with great lake views has king. Another bedroom has two queens. Third upstairs bedroom has bunk bed with queen bottom and twin top. No stairs/steps from parking lot to inside home to boat dock. Just a short walk on a gentle slope to year-round deep water, covered boat dock with pontoon lift, porch swing, and plenty of bumpers and dock cleats all around to easily park multiple boats and/or jet skis. Commercial grade luxury pillow top mattresses in bedrooms 1-3\. Comfy memory foam mattresses on bunk beds in bedroom 4. Lots of room for parking multiple vehicles, motorhome, trailer/boat.
