Beautiful outside pool and chilling zone!

We really enjoyed staying in the apartmenet. Pool, whirpool and other outside accessories were really great. There was a large kitchen inside and three nice bedrooms. One room with other 6 beds was quite small - the room is located in the attic. We had difficulties to find the place - we were sent the map via mail but we received it after returning from holiday. Anyway, the owner was very kind,picked us up at the parking lot to navigate us personally. If you are interested in hiking - you will have to drive quite far to reach the most popular trails.

Die Unterkunft hat grundsätzlich viel zu bieten und eignet sich gut für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der beheizte Pool, der jederzeit nutzbar war und für eine angenehme Abkühlung gesorgt hat. Auch die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen waren bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm.Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind ideal für bis zu drei Paare: Es gibt drei große, separate Schlafzimmer. Das vierte Zimmer unterm Dach ist offen gestaltet und mit fünf Betten ausgestattet – perfekt für Kinder oder Einzelpersonen, aber weniger geeignet für ein weiteres Paar.Negativ aufgefallen ist leider der Außenbereich: Der Garten war zum Teil unordentlich, und die Gartenmöbel wirkten stark abgenutzt. Zudem befand sich während unseres Aufenthalts eine abgesperrte Fläche auf dem Grundstück, die wie eine Baustelle wirkte. Außerdem lag vereinzelt Müll auf dem Gelände, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ansonsten sehr gut – ruhig gelegen, mit allem Notwendigen in der Nähe. Man hat hier seine Ruhe, ist aber trotzdem schnell bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants.

Bonne experience

Nous avons appréciés la Corse cependant du côté D’aleria où se situe la villa il n’y a pas grand chose à faire tous prêt . Pour visiter il vous faut faire au minimum 1 h de route pour accéder à de belles balades . Jackeline est très gentille et disponible . Toutes les questions et informations ont été faite rapidement elle a été très sympa avec nous pour notre départ . Notre bateau a été retardé et elle n’a pas eu de soucis à nous laisser 1h de plus dans la villa . Pour la villa tout y étais cependant 1 bouteille d’eau et quelques dosettes pour un petit café aurait été le bien venue . Aussi certaines choses seraient à renouveler car le temps les as usés . ( fauteuil salon accoudoir sans mousses les rideaux de cuisine et certains sièges de piscine . Un jeu de fléchette étais mis à notre disposition très sympa et pas sur les photos du site belle surprise . Aussi se serait bien de remettre à jour les photos du site et de remettre la déco de la salle de bain et des extérieurs comme sur les photos . Merci Jackeline et qui sais peu être à une prochaine visite .

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr gut gelegen abseits vom Tourismus. Der Pool ist absolut traumhaft. Auch die überdachten Terrassen sind ideal. Im Gesamten kann mann sagen das die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation hervorragend war.

Belle location je recommande

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette location, où tout est mis en place pour s'y sentir bien petits et grands. De sa magnifique piscine en cascade, et son bain à remous. Différents coins détente pour farnienter, prendre l'apéro en faisant une partie de fléchettes , organiser un barbecue, une partie de pétanque sur son terrain de boules, et le coin des petits avec ses balançoires. Maison au calme à la campagne à 10 minutes du centre pour y faire ses courses, non loin des jolies plages et bien situé pour faire des visites. Bonifacio, Porto vechio.. Maison bien agencé et très bien équipée en vaisselle, électro ménager, casseroles. Si vous voulez passer d'agréables vacances en Corse, n'hésitez pas à séjourner dans cette belle maison, Mme Florès l'hôte de cette belle location, est très accueillante, et d'une grande gentillesse, si vous rencontrez un souci, Mme Florès est très réactive et intervient rapidement pour régler le problème. Merci pour ces merveilleux moments passé en famille, c'était génial.

Voyage post nuptiale entre amis et famille . Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette superbe villa . Fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Tout est bien pensé pour le bien etre des convives . Plusieurs espaces de jeux très ludique pour la famille et un plus que nous avons pu apprécier. La propriétaire est très gentille et a l'écoute de ses hôtes.

L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques ! Chaises longues, salon de jardin, barbecue... tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour en famille ou entre amis. Au dessous de nos attentes et un peu loin de tout.

Nous sommes partis en famille (6 adultes, 5 enfants) et étions un peu à l'étroit. Les 5 enfants ont dormi dans la mezzanine qui n'est pas très spacieuse et poussièreuse. De manière générale, la maison n'est pas bien équipée et/ou l'équipement était sale ou très usagers (casserole, four, etc.). La propreté de la maison était en dessous de nos attentes. Les points positifs sont le calme, la piscine, le terrain de pétanque et la table de ping pong.

Ruhige Lage außerhalb- schöner Pool- viel Platz!

Wir haben schöne entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ein bisschen altmodisch und am Saisonsstart war das Haus noch ein bisschen muffig ,der Geruch wurde aber im Verlauf immer besser. Der Aussenbereich ist super mit jede Menge Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Sitzgelegenheiten, Tischtennisplatte und Bouleplatz. Der Pool ist herrlich und war angewärmt, so dass wir trotz nicht ganz so gutem Wetter schön baden konnten. Das Haus liegt weit außerhalb, daher ziemlich ungestört, aber - entgegen der Beschreibung- auch weit vom Strand, mindestens 15min mit dem Auto!!!!

Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren sehr sauber Jacqueline war sehr nett und hat uns super empfangen mit einer kleinen Überraschung. Die Wegbeschreibung von Jacqueline war sehr genau wir hatten kein Problem die Unterkunft zu finden. Den Pool konnten wir unseren ganzen Aufenthalt nutzen obwohl im Mietvertrag eine Nutzung nur bis Mitte September (je nach Wetter) möglich sei. Dem Haus fehlte es an nichts es ist sehr gut ausgestattet vor allem die Küche. Alle Schlafräume haben eine Klimaanlage. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kosten extra (Abrechnung pro Person).Der Außenbereich ist groß man kann sehr gut grillen (Holzkohlegrill). Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden wieder kommen.

Au top!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa de Madame Flores. Tout est présent pour passer de bons en famille ou entre amis. Ping pong, jeu de fléchettes, pétanque sans oublier la grande piscine très bien entretenue. Madame Flores est très agréable et disponible. Elle est même venue à 3h du matin faire l'état des lieux afin que nous puissions partir à temps pour notre avion. La villa est idéalement située car elle est à moins de 2h de Porto Vecchio, Bonifaccio, Ajaccio ou encore Calvi. La plage d'Aléria est à 10 minutes avec un super bar restaurant le Bounty. Je vous conseil vraiment ce logement. Merci beaucoup Jacqueline pour votre accueil!! En espérant revenir vite!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Früheres check in wurde möglich gemacht und an unsere Anreise angepasst. Umzeuntes Areal um das Haus für Reisen mit Kindern und Tieren perfekt. Ruhige Lage super zum Entspannen. Ca. 10 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand entfernt.
