One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. "The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The places they recommended for dinner, both nights, were spot on. We were needing to do laundry, but their washing machine was broken. The dryer was working so we hand washed all of our clothes from the past week in our bathroom, then the staff dried them for us for a nominal fee (8€ I believe). When we got back to our room, they were dry, folded, and sitting in baskets in our room. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was authentic as is was a former convent! The rooms were cute, the beds were comfortable and the view was nice. The pool was perfect as it’s a small hotel so it was quiet and the poolside service was exceptional! We dined at the restaurant for dinner at it was mouthwateringly delicious! All in all a great 2-night stay for the price."
