Newly built villa on the coast


Enjoy everything new and fresh. All beds as well as some other furniture are from -18. The house has underfloor heating and is heated in winter so all textiles are fresh.

This is a place to unwind, there are no queues and no stress. Charming 19th century community Pataholm is on a cycling distance with cafe and some exclusive sales. Nearest beach 700 meters. Kalmar is within half an hour with the castle and all the attractions.

Mönsterås offers many exciting hike tracks as the wast Småland woodlands rise west of the coast, maps available in the Tourist Information in Mönsterås.

Kitchen has a gas stove for the ambitious chef. All gas, electricity, internet and household basics such as wipes, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and coffee machine filters included.

Towels and linen new and of high quality

End cleaning included.

A 4,6m boat with Yamaha50 available at an extra charge for the experienced boater.

A number of outdoor toys and equipment are available for guests. For water sports especially a 2,8m new rubber boat with alu flooring, 2 SUP boards, advanced wind-surfing board, water skis and a tube (if renting also the boat). Tennis and badminton rackets and balls and a number of garden games. The house is on a one-way street with a turnaround with very low traffic, kids can play tennis on the turnaround area.

The marina is a perfect and safe place to spend a day of playing with the water toys.

In 2026 there will be a pool adjacent to the veranda, parents can keep an eye on their children from the kitchen. It will be a round pool of 3,5m diameter and 1,2m deep. Parents must keep an eye on bathing children at all times!

Wir haben dieses Haus geliebt! Alles ist neu, sehr hochwertig und schön. Man merkt, dass der Besitzer das Haus für sich selbst ausgestattet hat: es bleiben keine Ausstattungswünsche offen. Wir haben besonders die tolle Stereoanlage, das Bianchi-Rad, die SUPs und das zusätzlich buchbare Motorboot genossen. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Es gibt schöne Spazierwege, mehrere Badeplätze wie auch der kleine Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Küste ist wunderschön. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation hat auch auf Deutsch prima geklappt. Kleines Manko: einkaufen geht nur mit dem Auto und im Meer sind viele Quallen und noch mehr Wasserpflanzen.

Eine herrliche Woche in Patamalm

Ferienhaus in Schweden

Wir fanden das Ferienhaus aufgrund der Beschreibung sehr schnell und unkompliziert! Das Ferienhaus war sehr liebevoll, sauber und vor allem voll ausgestattet! Von Gewürzen und Basisproduckten wie zum Beispiel Kaffepets ,Zucker Essig,Öl, Salz, Mehl und jegliche Art von Küchengeräte…. Einfach traumhaft! Es fehlte an nichts! Grill mit Grillkokohle und Anzünder! Bettwäsche und Handtücher Extra Handtücher für Sauna! Und was sehr angenehm war, waren die sehr freundlichen Nachbarn! Wir fühlen uns sehr sehr wohl und sind sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen ! Wir und unsere Kinder hatten selten so einen entspannten Urlaub ! Vielen Dank Dafür ! Sehr modernes und großzügiges Haus. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach und schnell. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich. Haben in den Schlafzimmern Fliegengitter nachgerüstet, da die Mücken doch sehr blutrünstig waren 😃. Das könnte eventuell noch fest installiert werden. Sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt! Katrin

Einfach herrlich!

Tolle, ruhige und sehr idyllische Lage mit seitlichem Blick auf eine Ostseebucht. Auf dem Feld hinterm Haus tummeln sich Hase, Reh, Fasan und Gänse, so dass es - von der großzügigen Terrasse aus - immer etwas zu gucken gibt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. In den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmern mangelt es ein wenig an Stauraum, jedoch gibt es im Wohnbereich noch einen Schrank, in dem man Kleidung aufhängen kann. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter stets direkt zur Stelle und gab sogar noch Tipps anlässlich des Midsommar-Festes. Wir haben uns, auch dank den sehr netten Nachbarn, absolut wohl gefühlt und der Urlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können.

Der schönster Motorrad-Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und es bietet genug Platz für 3 Biker und ihre Motorräder. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und insgesamt war es eine der schönsten Motorradtouren überhaupt.

Tolles Ferienhaus an der schwedischen Ostseeküste

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus mit unseren beiden Teenagern zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das (geräumige) Haus liegt ruhig, ist toll ausgestattet und genauso eingerichtet. Auf dem Feld hinter dem Haus kann man Vögel (Fasane, Rebhühner, Gänse…) beobachten und manchmal kommt auch ein Reh vorbei. Kurz: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super ausgestattes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben 16 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht und hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in Südschweden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen und stressfreien Aufenthalt benötigt (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandlaken, Wifi, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder, Sauna, Waschmaschine etc…). Zu allem rund ums Haus und Freizeittipps ist ein umfangreiches Infobuch vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft, ruhige Nachbarschaft und wunderschöne Ausblicke in die Natur inklusive. Günstig, um schöne Ausflüge nach Kalmar, Öland -sehr zu empfehlen-Glasreich und zum Elchpark zu unternehmen, im malerischen Nachbarort kann man Kanus mieten. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub für uns! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der wirklich daran interessiert ist, einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Absolute Empfehlung von uns (Familie mit zwei Teenagern)

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus verfügt über eine zeitgemässe Einrichtung, die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Perfekt eingerichtete Küche, Betten in denen man erholsamen Schlaf findet und einen angenehm grossen, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnraum. Nicht ganz unwichtig ist heutzutage, dass auch ein wirklich funktionierendes Internet vorhanden ist. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen (Insel Öland. Gegend von Kalmar, Glasriket, Velotouren, Schwimmen usw.). Nicht zuletzt ist auch der Vermieter, der nicht vor Ort wohnt, jederzeit für freundliche Unterstützung bereit.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage - perfekt für unseren entspannten Urlaub. - Dankeschön! Öland und das Schloss in Kalmar waren wirklich richtig interessant. Wer wie wir zum ersten Mal in Schweden ist, sollte unbedingt Kladdkaka und Smörgastarta probieren!

Wspaniały i nowy dobrze wyposażony z bardzo miłym skrupulatnym i dobrze zorganizowanym właścicielem; Bardzo pomocny był notatnik z niezbędnymi informacjami począwszy od instrukcji Wi-Fi poprzez procedurę dot śmieci wyposarzenia domu i sposobów korzystania z nich jak np. sauna, zakupów i ciekawostek w okolicy wartych zwiedzania, restauracji . Das war schön!

Wir sind mit drei jugendlichen Kindern zum ersten Mal nach Schweden gefahren. Eine Woche lang haben wir die Ruhe, Natur und das toll ausgestattete Traumhaus in der Nähe vom See (bzw. geschützte Ostseebereich) genossen. Allen hat es super gefallen, netter Empfang, tolle Küchen- und sonstige Ausstattung, gute Betten, Wi-fi für die Kids. In der Umgebung gab es einige Möglichkeiten, etwas anzusehen. Räder wären gut gewesen. Unsere sehr großen Jungs passten nicht so gut in die Etagenbetten :). .. geschlafen haben sie trotzdem prima! Die Vermieter sind sehr großzügig und bemüht, sehr zu empfehlen.
