"Check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. Staff went the extra mile to assist when we had to make an international call to sort out our flight. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wished we had more nights there!"

"There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe. Maybe we didn’t read the listing well enough, but there were no supplies included other than bedding…. So no towels toilet paper etc!!we ..."
