The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning.
One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine.

"Estuvimos en el puente de mayo en esta preciosa casa, muy amplia pero acogedora. Muy limpia, cómoda y con un jardín increíble, desde el cual se escuchaba el sonido del río y tenía unas vistas espectaculares de primer plano de la montaña. Un lugar muy tranquilo.
