Having a lock up garage is a bonus. Outside of two short busy periods, the street is quiet. The location is excellent, it is close to the Albury CBD and with easy access to the Hume Highway. Both the evaporative cooler and air-conditioner work very effectively. The furniture, furnishings and appliances were all fit for purpose.
