our stay at the boomerang was wonderful very clean room-big bathroom and shower good size bed - so many breakfast choices meals at the pub next door you get a discount on and the meals we had where so nice very helpful staff would and will stay again

A good price and a good location. Just needs a but of updating to the room. Paint peeling off (resurfaced) tiles in the bathroom, plus water damage to the ceiling. Slightly weird mattress (was the Queen bed 2 singles), where one was firm and the other far too soft, and I kept rolling down on to the soft side. Continental breakfast is... OK. Nice that it's offered, but some yoghurt and dried fruit would be a nice addition, plus more than just 1 flavour of juice.

I had specifically asked for a downstairs room as I am still recovering from a hip replacement. I was told that I had asked for an upstairs room which was not the case as I can't carry things upstairs. I was eventually given a downstairs room out the back.
